IsarBlues

A different form of artistic dialogue are the Streetpianos, a project by the British artist Luke Jerram. On this occasion the Blue piano IsarBlues has been created. It was meant as a symbol for music moving trough the city of Munich like the river Isar.
This art project is always quite emotional. Small interactions in the public space, leading to a notable change. Where people usually would rush by they experience a pleasant surprise. Some of these casual musicians are quite well prepared.
My first personal encounter with this project happened in Paris. Showing the capacity of art to influence and bring us closer, wherever we are.

Another Mini-Catalogue shows works with landscapes from 2011 to 2021
